Spirit Camp is designed for intimate, high-impact gatherings where space, privacy, and connection matter.

• Private Lodging (up to 25 guests): Ideal for executive leadership teams, business units, or departments where each person needs their own cabin or seasonal glamping tent.

• Mixed Private + Shared Lodging (up to 40 guests): Works well for cross-functional teams or divisions where some employees share, while others have their own room.

• Full Camp Experience (up to 50 guests): Best for groups that want the energy of a full-company offsite or accelerator cohort, with a mix of private and shared sleeping arrangements across cabins and seasonal glamping tents.

From $16,000 for 3+ nights (exclusive use of venue + lodging for up to 50, catering separate)

2. Hybrid Offsite – Your team leads its own sessions, while we add curated elements — such as team-connection games, wellness workshops, or camp-style activities — to spark creativity and bonding.

3. Turnkey Retreat – A fully programmed experience designed around your goals. From strategy sessions to team bonding and wellness, we create the flow so your team can simply show up and connect.
