Private Team Offsites in the Northern California Redwoods
Summer camp for grown-ups with real work to do.
27 acres. One team. No other guests.
Made for small teams who'd rather share a cabin than a hotel lobby, love being outside, and want an offsite that's clear-headed, playful, and real.
5 to 50 guests, 18 private rooms, 3 hours from San Francisco, Substance-free, Queer-owned, and 5.0 stars from 100+ reviews
Founding Team Season
We're welcoming our first five teams this spring with a private offer on midweek dates.
Reserve by January 31, 2027.
Your Team Doesn't Need Another Conference Room
You know the usual offsite. A hotel ballroom, slides until lunch, and an open bar doing the bonding. Half the team slips back to email. By Tuesday, nobody remembers what you decided.
This is the setting for real bonding and breakthroughs: no other guests, no bar, no office down the hall. Play built into every day, so titles soften and people meet each other as people. Time under the redwoods. And enough quiet to do the work you came for, and actually enjoy doing it together.
On the last morning, almost every group asks us the same thing: can we just move in?

Are happy to share a cabin, or happy to keep things simple
Love being outside, weather and all
Are curious about breathwork, sound, and movement
Want to laugh as much as they plan
If that sounds like your people, keep reading.

5:00 pm Walk the private trail through the redwoods and ferns while the light gets low.

6:30 pm Chef's dinner.

Why Teams Choose Spirit Camp
The whole place is yours. No other guests, no hotel lobby. Just your team and 27 acres of redwoods.
Real camp, grown up. Shared cabins if your team wants the full camp feel, a private room for everyone if they don't, and good beds either way. S'mores are not optional.
Clear-headed and all in. Spirit Camp is substance-free. Everyone's included every night, and nobody's nursing a hangover in the Day 2 strategy session.
The redwoods invite presence. It's quiet here in a way cities aren't. People sleep better, listen better, and think more clearly.
AI with a soul. Learn hands-on AI with Nathaniel Reagan in the morning, then walk it off under the redwoods before dinner.
Everyone belongs. Spirit Camp is queer-owned. We built this place so people could show up as themselves, and teams feel the difference.
Every practice is an invitation. Breathwork, sound, and circle time are always optional. People join at their own pace, so everyone feels safe to show up, whatever their role.

Conscious AI Workshops for Teams in the Redwoods
Master AI. Stay human.
Led by Nathaniel Reagan, founder and lead instructor of AI Learning Labs, these hands-on workshops teach your team to use AI in ways that feel human and aligned with your values. Over 700 professionals across 18 industries have trained with AI Learning Labs.
Meet your instructor (place beside a warm photo of Nathaniel teaching)
Learn from Nathaniel Reagan
Nathaniel has spent 20 years in roles from executive strategy to hands-on implementation, including work as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer for tech startups. Today he uses AI every day to run a marketing agency, co-steward Spirit Camp, and lead curriculum for AI Learning Labs. He teaches from what he does, not from theory.
What people notice first is how he teaches. He builds live in front of the room and explains every decision as he makes it. He meets skepticism and fear with patience, then shows each person how AI can fit the way they already think and work. People who arrive unsure leave building things they didn't know they could.
He created the Framework for Conscious AI Use™ and has trained more than 700 professionals across 18 industries.
What his students say
A team leader on getting their whole team a shared language and framework for AI (Hunter Cressman, Owner, Health & Wellness)
A daily ChatGPT user who realized they'd been using a fraction of what's possible (Varun Kandadi, Investment Professional)
A former skeptic who left with both real skills and a clear view of AI ethics (Drew Burke, Director of Communications, Non-Profit)
A CEO on how a small time investment changed their hardest daily work (R.G., Biotech CEO)
The Framework for Conscious AI Use™
At the center: lead AI with your own vision and intuition. Your people stay in the driver's seat. AI follows their direction.
Practical skills: master what matters. The core tools, prompt frameworks, and voice dictation, practiced on your team's real work.
Ethics first: start with what's right. Every exercise asks what AI did well, where you overrode it, and what the human judgment call is. Teams learn to check sources, spot errors, protect client data, and know when to put the tool down.
Embodied use: create from the flow state. Between sessions, your team practices breath and simple somatic exercises to come back into their bodies. People learn to stay tuned to themselves while they work, so they lead the technology instead of getting lost in it.
Community power: grow together. Teammates learn side by side, share wins, and help each other through the hard parts. The connection built here keeps the learning going long after the workshop.
Why it works best at Spirit Camp: embodiment needs room to breathe. Here, mornings start with movement in the redwoods, classes happen in quiet rooms with no office pulling at anyone, and afternoons outside let new skills settle in. Evenings around the fire give your team space to talk through what AI means for your work and your values.
What your team builds together:
A shared AI language and framework, so everyone works with AI the same way
A team context library: your brand voice, style rules, and best thinking, ready to load into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini so outputs sound like you
A shared prompt library for the work your team repeats every week
Rebuilt workflows for real projects: proposals, SOPs, reports, decks, and research
Team agreements for responsible AI use: data privacy, quality checks, and human sign-off
A plan for what comes next, with internal champions who carry it forward
What it can mean for your organization: AI Learning Labs reports that organizations it works with see 30% or greater productivity gains, more than 10 hours saved per person each week, and projects completed up to 3 times faster. Teams report less stress, less overtime, and people who feel valued and future-proof (AI Learning Labs).
Proof from real teams [placeholder, gather from Nathaniel]:
What a team built: [Team or industry] built [specific system or workflow] during training.
Time saved: [Team] now saves [X] hours a week on [task].
Leader quote: "[Two sentences from a team leader on what changed.]" [Name, role, organization]
Workshops:
Master AI, Stay Human: AI foundations for the whole team · half day
The Team Context Library: build your brand voice guide and shared prompt library · half day
Conscious AI Leadership: for executive teams, on vision, ethics, and where AI belongs in your organization · half day
Flow State Workflow Lab: rebuild three real workflows, hands on · full day
Two-Day Conscious AI Team Intensive: all of the above, plus your plan for what comes next · two days
After camp: [Confirm with Nathaniel: follow-up sessions, community access, or check-in calls included with team workshops.]
Who leads: Nathaniel leads the workshops himself. [If certified instructors begin leading some sessions, add: "Workshops are led by Nathaniel or an AI Learning Labs instructor he has trained."]
A note on fit: AI Learning Labs works with leaders who believe in their people. These workshops aren't a fit for organizations looking to cut positions or use AI to replace people. That's a value Spirit Camp shares.
Workshop investments are included in your private proposal.

Is Spirit Camp Right for Your Team?
A great fit if you:
Have a team of 5 to 50
Want the whole property to yourselves
Care about connection as much as the agenda
Want a fully substance-free offsite
Like good beds with a little camp charm
Probably not the right fit if you need: a ballroom, full AV production, 50+ rooms on one property, or alcohol at your event.
