Spirit Camp Waivers

We’re so glad you’ll be joining us!

To help us create a smooth, safe, and well-prepared experience for everyone, we ask that everyone coming on-site complete the appropriate waiver before arrival.

Choose the form that best fits your role:

1. General Waiver — Guests, Facilitators & Team Members

   Required for all adult guests and participants attending the event or retreat (including facilitators, assistants, or team members).

2. Vendor & Staff Waiver

   For anyone working on-site in a service capacity (e.g., caterers, massage therapists, or subcontracted team). Each staff member should sign individually.
