Slow, Intentional Celebrations – Spirit Camp invites you to slow down, be present, and savor your wedding weekend. Our substance-free environment offers a clear, relaxed space where love, laughter, and connection shine.

A Thoughtful Toast – Add our mocktail & elixir bar with light beer, wine, cider, or champagne — a fun way to honor tradition or meet your community where they are, while keeping the celebration intentional and inclusive.

Occupancy

Summer (May–October): 50 overnight guests, 150 day guests

Winter (November–April): 35 overnight guests, 100 day guests

Venue Rental Packages

From $16,000 for a 3-night weekend rental (catering separate)

1. Wedding Essentials

   Exclusive use of venue + couple’s cabin

   Wedding guests to book remaining on-site lodging directly through us

2. Wedding Cabin Retreat

   Exclusive use of venue + all cabins (27 beds, 8 are queens)

   Wedding guests have option to book luxe glamping separately if they wish

3. Wedding GlampOut

   Exclusive use of venue + all cabins + all glamping (41 beds total)

   The full camp experience — cozy cabins + luxe glamping under the trees

Vendor Requirements

• Wedding Coordinator – Required for parties of 60+. Choose from our two trusted local coordinators, offering month-of, partial, or full planning packages.

• Catering – One of our preferred local caterers is required, ensuring excellent service and quality.

• Bar Service – Delightful mocktail & elixir bar with optional beer, wine, cider & champagne. (Self-serve alcohol not permitted.)
