A Northern California Retreat for Connection and Renewal
From Thursday to Sunday, Ground & Glow offers a rhythm that balances activity and rest. Each day begins and closes with yoga—energizing flows in the morning and restorative or meditative sessions in the evening. Community practices, nourishing meals, and time for reflection round out the schedule, creating a weekend of balance and renewal.
The retreat is accessible to all levels, with modifications and options provided. Whether you’re deepening your practice or simply seeking time away from routine, this Mendocino yoga retreat creates space for connection—with self, with others, and with nature.
The Value of Retreating to Practice Yoga in Nature
Stepping out of everyday patterns opens room for clarity. At Spirit Camp, yoga takes place surrounded by redwoods, with the Pacific Ocean just minutes away. The forest invites stillness, while the coastline offers expansiveness—two landscapes working in harmony.
Retreat participants often find that practicing yoga in these settings helps reduce stress and renew perspective. The quiet rhythm of the forest and the breath of the ocean create a backdrop where mindfulness, movement, and rest can unfold naturally.
It’s this union of yoga retreat in redwoods and coastal beauty that makes Mendocino the ideal setting for a California yoga retreat.
