A Retreat for YogaSix Students and Friends
From October 9–12, 2025, Ground & Glow invites YogaSix members and anyone seeking renewal to join in a coastal redwood setting. Days begin with energizing yoga, afternoons hold restorative practices, and evenings close with opportunities for Reiki, sound, or meditation. Shared meals, trails, and time in nature round out the experience.
It’s a California yoga retreat that offers a blend of familiarity for YogaSix students and openness for newcomers.
YogaSix and Retreat-Style Practice
YogaSix studios are known for their accessibility and inclusivity—classes designed for every body and every level. In a retreat setting, this philosophy expands. Extended days allow participants to move through multiple class styles, try new practices, and enjoy time for integration in between.
Instead of a single 60-minute session, the retreat structure invites morning flows, evening restorative sessions, and moments of reflection in the forest. This extended rhythm deepens practice and connection, offering a true YogaSix wellness weekend experience in Mendocino.
