Ideal for men in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond, this experience welcomes those who sense that something in them is unfinished, unspoken, and ready to awaken. Retreat Description
The Invitation: Beyond Success, Into Depth
Not Done Yet is more than a retreat — it’s an initiation. Over five days in the redwoods of Northern California, participants enter a bold, sacred container to explore what lies beneath achievement. Led by Travis Streb, this immersion marks the first live intensive of the 2025/26 Not Done Yet men’s cohort — a yearlong program devoted to purpose, vitality, and legacy.
In a world overflowing with knowledge but starved for meaning, this experience invites men to remember who they truly are. The men who gather are not broken or beginners on the path; they are men who have built strong lives but feel called toward deeper alignment — to strip away the noise and reconnect to their core.
The Work: Practices for Transformation
Each day unfolds through a blend of Embodied Men’s Work, Breathwork, Kundalini Yoga, Chi Gong, Shadow Work, Meditation, and Nervous System Expansion. These modalities weave together movement, stillness, and depth psychology — rewiring outdated patterns around power, purpose, and partnership.
The work is both fierce and devotional. Participants speak the unspeakable, move through the body’s intelligence, and access strength not through armor, but through truth and presence. This combination of somatic and spiritual practice creates an inflection point — a deep internal recalibration toward vitality and freedom.
The Land: Spirit Camp as Co-Facilitator
Set amidst the wild beauty north of the Bay Area, Spirit Camp becomes more than a setting — it becomes a co-facilitator. The land’s remote, elemental energy draws men out of the noise of modern life and back into contact with something ancient and true.
Here, under the canopy of redwoods and stars, men let go of who they have been and step into what’s next. The stillness of the forest mirrors the stillness within, while the rawness of nature calls forth the courage to meet oneself fully.
The Journey: A Gateway to Brotherhood
Though this retreat marks the opening of a 10-month journey, it also stands complete in itself — a powerful threshold for any man ready to dive deep. Participants may join as part of the full program or as a one-time immersion, depending on space and alignment.
Over five immersive days, a curated group of men will share in honest dialogue, embodied practice, and profound reflection — discovering that legacy is not what we leave behind, but how fully we live while we are here.
This is where men in their 30s and beyond reclaim emotional range, ground their purpose, and reconnect to their innate vitality. The experience serves as both initiation and renewal — a remembering of strength, tenderness, and devotion.
This experience is perfect for those searching for: Men’s retreat California 2025, leadership retreat for men, midlife men’s retreat, men’s initiation retreat, brotherhood retreat for men over 30, purpose and legacy retreat, conscious men’s retreat near Mendocino, somatic men’s retreat California, men’s work immersion California, men’s spiritual retreat with physical practice.
