Retreat Description
Embodiment Retreat: Reuniting What Was Never Meant to Be Apart
The Sacred Feminine invites a return to wholeness—bringing together the mind and body, self and other, and the immediacy of the present moment with the mystery of the unknown. Created by best friends Lisa Gungor (writer, musician, and facilitator) and Dr. Hillary McBride (therapist, researcher, speaker, and writer), this Embodiment Retreat centers your inner authority. Each activity is an invitation to listen to what you need—moving at your own pace, honoring your rhythms, and trusting your body’s wisdom.
Mindfulness Retreat Practices: The Art of Listening to Yes and No
Programming weaves mindfulness meditation, reflective writing, and spacious time for solo integration with community connection. Every offering—whether circle, movement, or quiet rest—prioritizes consent and inner guidance. Saying “no” is celebrated as a vital pathway to staying in relationship with yourself and others.
Movement Retreat in the Redwoods: Play, Power, and Connection
Joy and depth move together here. Through yoga, ecstatic dance, and group process, participants explore aliveness, tenderness, and authentic expression. Singing and writing time may be offered alongside movement so that play—one of the core values of Sacred Feminine—can open doors to transformation.
