A deeper capacity for presence and connection
A blueprint for emotional resilience
The courage to stop chasing chaos and lead life with clarityrs.
Daily Arc of Transformation
Each day is designed as a progression—Grounding, Releasing, Connecting, Embodying, and Returning. The structure weaves together breathwork, somatic healing, movement, ritual, and conscious connection practices. Expect moments of deep release, ecstatic joy, and quiet integration.
Nourishment as Medicine
Holistic chef Simone Parris curates plant-forward meals rooted in Macrobiotic wisdom. Every bite is crafted with organic, vibrant ingredients to regulate the nervous system, energize the body, and awaken the senses. Food becomes an integral part of the transformation, supporting clarity and grounding from within.

Spirit Camp Retreat Center
At the Spirit Camp Retreat Center, just a scenic drive from Oakland or Berkeley, visitors find themselves welcomed by redwood giants whispering timeless wisdom into the fresh coastal air. Within this Northern California gem, life’s frenetic pace fades, replaced by the gentle hum of the forest and the salty notes of ocean breezes drifting inland. Each corner of the land invites you to activate your magic, shedding what no longer serves and reconnecting with the truth that resides in stillness and presence. Here, private hiking trails encourage quiet introspection, while campfire gatherings inspire heart-centered sharing under a tapestry of stars.
Beyond its idyllic setting, Spirit Camp provides a rich tapestry of multi-modality experiences to help you grow and heal. As you choose from healing retreats, spiritual retreats in Northern California, or transformative breathwork retreats, you discover avenues for personal exploration that resonate with your unique path. Owned by a queer couple who infuse the space with an ethos of inclusivity and connection, this retreat center embraces diversity in all its forms. Whether you seek a yoga practice infused with nature’s grace, a men’s weekend dedicated to authentic brotherhood, or a dance and embodiment workshop to unlock your inner vitality, the choice is yours.
Your accommodation options further support deep relaxation and exploration. Private cabins, each infused with woodsy warmth, provide intimate nooks for contemplation. For those craving closer communion with the land, camping and glamping setups allow you to rest under old boughs and wake to birdsong at dawn. Every season brings its own charms—winter’s misty hush encourages introspective journaling by the lodge’s windows, while summer’s mild evenings beckon playful gatherings beneath a sparkling night sky.
Ultimately, Spirit Camp offers more than a traditional retreat experience. It grants permission to slow down, to unplug from digital distractions, and to experience real human connection in an environment that honors both individuality and community. As you depart, you carry away not only renewed energy and clarity but also the understanding that nature’s quiet whisper and the healing power of shared vulnerability can guide you toward a more authentic, purposeful life.
