The flow of each day balances yoga practice with time to rest, reflect, and connect. Morning yoga energizes and centers, while afternoons and evenings lean toward slower practices, meditation, and restorative sessions. Breathwork is woven into this rhythm, supporting clarity and deeper awareness.
Participants will also have the chance to gather for a sunrise sauna ritual by the beach, explore Spirit Camp’s trails and meadows, and share nourishing meals prepared by Simone’s Kitchen. Together, these elements create a Northern California yoga retreat that honors both movement and stillness.

Aubrey & Jenn as Guides
Aubrey Romero is a yoga instructor, wilderness explorer, and retreat organizer who brings playfulness and compassion to her teaching. She guides Vinyasa, Restorative, and Slow Flow practices, encouraging participants to connect with both body and nature.
Jenn Nelson is a yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner who also offers sound and breathwork. With a decade of practice and a warm, grounding presence, she helps participants feel safe and supported in exploring mindfulness and energy practices.
Together, Aubrey and Jenn hold space for both structure and flow, ensuring the retreat is welcoming to all levels.
Spirit Camp’s Ocean & Forest Setting
Spirit Camp is a queer-owned retreat center in Mendocino County, surrounded by 27 acres of redwoods and just ten minutes from town.
The Sanctuary, with its acoustics and light-filled design, is perfect for evening circles.
The Lodge hosts communal meals prepared by Simone’s Kitchen.
Private hiking trails, Magic Meadow, and Sunset Meadow invite reflection and group connection.
