Men’s Work Immersion California with Archetypal Depth in Mendocino
Immersion as Inflection Point
Every man arrives at a threshold—the quiet sense that the next chapter requires a different kind of leadership. This men’s work immersion california, held January 15–19, 2026, at Spirit Camp in Mendocino County, Northern California, is that threshold made tangible.
Led by Travis Streb, the immersion marks the opening of the Not Done Yet 2025/26 cohort—a 10-month men’s container for those ready to live from depth, devotion, and embodied presence.
While it serves as the program’s first intensive, a few spots are available for men joining as one-time participants. Fathers, founders, and creators in their late 30s and beyond gather to recalibrate their inner compass, reconnect to brotherhood, and remember what truly matters.
This is not a retreat for spectators. It’s an invitation to return to purpose through the body, in community, under redwood sky.

Archetypal Depth
Within this archetypal men’s work mendocino immersion, the language of archetypes serves as a compass, not a doctrine. Rather than mythological study, it’s an embodied exploration of patterns—the Lover, the Warrior, the King, the Magician—and how they play out in our daily lives.
Through breath, movement, and dialogue, participants encounter these archetypal energies directly. One man might explore boundaries through grounded movement; another might reconnect to tenderness through relational presence. The goal is not to “become” an archetype, but to integrate the ones already alive within.
When men reconnect with archetypal depth, clarity often follows. Decisions sharpen. Communication deepens. Purpose expands. These frameworks don’t confine—they liberate, reminding men that strength and softness, discipline and surrender, can coexist.
This section of the immersion offers practical tools for living archetypally: communicating truthfully, leading consciously, and loving fiercely.

About Travis Streb
Travis Streb has spent over a decade leading retreats, coaching leaders, and facilitating men’s circles across North America. As co-leader of the Embodied Men’s Leadership Training with John Wineland, his facilitation style is both devotional and direct—rooted in presence, challenge, and humor.
At this California men’s immersion, Travis serves as a steward of courageous space. His approach is grounded in somatic awareness and relational depth, supporting men in exploring both their light and shadow without shame.
Why 18 men max? Because intimacy matters. True transformation requires safety, and safety is born through knowing one another fully. In small groups, vulnerability becomes normal, accountability becomes mutual, and brotherhood becomes the crucible for change.
With Travis’ steady guidance, participants experience themselves not as isolated achievers, but as part of a lineage of conscious men rewriting what leadership looks like.
The Spirit Camp Experience
The land at Spirit Camp feels both ancient and alive. Nestled among redwoods and meadows in Mendocino County, this men’s embodiment retreat northern california unfolds in a setting that mirrors the work itself: grounded, luminous, regenerative.
Mornings often begin with sunlight filtering through the Magic Meadow, followed by breath-led practice in the Redwood Lodge. Between sessions, participants sip tea in the Sanctuary—a copper-roofed space that radiates calm even in winter rain.
Evenings circle around the Lodge’s hearth: stories, laughter, and silence shared among men walking the same path. Plant-forward meals, prepared by local chefs, sustain the body through depth and introspection.
In January, Spirit Camp offers only indoor lodging—private cabins, shared rooms, and a nostalgic bunkhouse—all heated and prepared for comfort. The quiet of winter amplifies focus; the redwoods hold it all.
