Who the Retreat Is For
This retreat welcomes all individuals who identify as female. The Catalyst Retreat was created for women already on a path of self-discovery and ready to go deeper, asking big questions and feeling the pull toward shifting something in their lives. It is ideal for women longing to reconnect with their intuition, body, and inner wisdom, and for those feeling drawn to connect with an inspiring community of women who will help them see themselves more clearly.
Retreat Description
A Retreat of Connection, Clarity, and Calibration
The Catalyst Retreat offers a women's transformational retreat experience that invites participants into a carefully crafted sequence of practices, each building on the one before to create lasting shifts. Nestled in the enchanting redwoods of Northern California, this women's retreat in California provides a powerful container for meaningful connection—connection with oneself, connection with the Pacific coastal wilderness, and connection with a curious and inspiring group of women.
The retreat follows an intentional three-part framework that guides participants through profound inner work. During the Connect phase, women identify the patterns that once protected them but no longer serve them, and rediscover the unique qualities and strengths they may have forgotten or lost along the way. The Claim phase invites participants to gain a clear understanding of who they are today and what truly matters to them through coaching, journaling, and guided inquiry. Finally, the Calibrate phase helps women clarify what they want to bring forth in this next season of their lives and take intentional actions to make it real.
Powerful Modalities for Self-Discovery
This weekend retreat for women integrates multiple modalities in a deliberate progression. Curated coaching exercises spark insight and strengthen self-awareness through uniquely crafted reflective practices. Holotropic breathwork and somatic movement help participants center themselves, unlock stored energy, and access deeper layers of consciousness. Guided visualizations allow women to tap into their intuition, release blocks, and reconnect with their essence.
Breathwork, yoga, sound meditation, and somatic movement are intentionally woven throughout the weekend to help participants access the wisdom of their body, release what no longer serves them, and strengthen their sense of presence. These embodied practices work in harmony with the reflective and coaching elements to create a holistic personal transformation experience.
Nature walks through Spirit Camp's 27 acres of redwood forest provide time for peaceful reflection, inviting inner knowing to unfold organically while immersed in the natural beauty of the Mendocino coast. Group sharing sessions create meaningful connections as participants gather with an inspiring community to cultivate insight and shared wisdom. The weekend concludes with a closing ritual & integration ceremony, helping women anchor their intentions and make meaningful commitments to what's next.
