Retreat Description
A Rite of Passage for the Modern Witch
2026 marks the fourth year of Witches in the Woods, and this gathering is evolving into something more intentional and more devoted than ever before. This is not just a restorative escape or a beautiful weekend—it is a creative and mystical incubator where witches, priestesses, and creative midwives come together to strengthen their foundation, open their voices as instruments, and practice sharing their gifts with clarity and courage.
This retreat for women is a homecoming, a space to feel your body as home, to strengthen your intuition through somatic awakening and ritual, and to be witnessed in the fullness of who you are becoming. Set in the coastal redwoods north of San Francisco, this experience invites participants into presence, embodiment, and authentic expression.
The Year of Embodied Legacy
2026 is the year of embodied legacy, and Witches in the Woods offers a powerful container for this shift. Over five transformative days immersed in the redwood forests North of the Bay Area, participants will engage in refining their intuition, somatic healing, creative and artistic expression, vocal activation, and strengthening movement practices. This healing retreat emphasizes devotion to personal practice while being held by the elements and the embrace of ancient trees.
Through yoga, dance, meditation, and creative movement, participants will embody their inner witch and expand their capacity to hold themselves and others. The retreat weaves together nature play, sharing circles, fire ceremonies, and song circles to cultivate lineage, legacy, and the kind of sisterhood that continues long after the forest closes around us. This experience prioritizes the restoration of the nervous system through presence, spaciousness, and rest—essential medicine for those seeking a Northern California retreat that honors both activation and integration.

For the Intuitive One, The Holder of Ritual, The Birthing Artist
This space is for you if you resonate with any of these archetypes: the witch, the intuitive one, the alchemist; the priestess, the holder of ritual; the gatekeeper, the guardian of inner truth; the creative midwife, birthing art, ideas, and new versions of self; the entrepreneur or leader ready to embody feminine wisdom; the mother, caregiver, or working woman longing to return to her voice; or the woman who feels a quiet yes in her bones.
Kirin Power and Magalí Clazon are soul sisters with a shared passion for creative movement and the natural world, on a mission to gather curious, courageous women to awaken to the magical powers of practice, ceremony, ritual, ecstatic expression, play, and connection with Self and Each Other. Their dance and yoga offerings are infused with love, extensive knowledge, and reverence for the miraculous elements of the redwood forest and Pacific wilderness.
A Community Where Your Voice Expands
This is a space where participants lift one another up, where they remember old ways, and where they cultivate community that holds each person's authentic expression. Witches in the Woods is a place to be seen, witnessed, and supported—a somatic retreat where intuition strengthens and courage expands. Through thoughtfully curated fire ceremonies, vocal activation, and embodied practices, this gathering creates a container for women to practice sharing their gifts with clarity and power.
The retreat includes daily yoga and dance sessions that blend vinyasa flow with creative expression, somatic healing practices that restore the nervous system, meditation and breath work for grounding and centering, nature play that reconnects participants with primal joy, sharing circles where voices are heard and stories honored, fire ceremonies that mark transitions and intentions, and song circles that activate vocal power and collective harmony.
Participants stay in comfortable accommodations surrounded by towering redwoods in Mendocino County, enjoy nourishing vegetarian meals prepared with intention, and have access to forest trails, fire circles, and quiet spaces for reflection. The entire experience is crafted to support both personal transformation and collective celebration—honoring the witch in each woman and the power that emerges when women gather with intention.
