Who the Retreat Is For

This retreat is designed for women who have carried far too much for far too long. It welcomes those who feel overstimulated or undervalued, who sense a quiet ache of misalignment, or who know there is a deeper version of themselves waiting beneath the surface. It is for the woman who longs for clarity, for nervous system restoration, for spiritual reconnection, and for a space where she doesn’t have to hold anything at all. Here, she is supported in remembering her intuition, her creativity, and the truth she may have forgotten while navigating the demands of daily life.

This retreat is for the woman who knows she is ready — ready for softness, ready for steadiness, ready for a return to the version of herself that feels whole and unforced.

Retreat Description

A Threshold for Your Becoming

Some retreats offer inspiration. Others offer rest. But there are rare moments when a woman stands at the edge of a deeper threshold — a doorway into the life she is meant to live. Redwood Womb is that doorway.

Created by facilitators Laura Ahern and Ashley “Pearl” Pearlman, this immersion is more than a gathering. It is a passage into a new internal rhythm, one where receiving is honored, where truth becomes audible again, and where your entire system is invited to remember what alignment feels like.

Held within the stillness of towering redwoods north of San Francisco, the land becomes a natural womb that quiets the noise of daily life. Overstimulation dissolves. Mental clutter softens. The nervous system unwinds. You are no longer asked to perform, plan, caretake, or push. Here, you get to exhale. You get to land. You get to be held.

A Women’s Healing Retreat in Northern California Devoted to Sacred Receiving

Everything within this all-inclusive spiritual retreat for women is curated so that participants can drop fully into receiving. Chef-prepared vegetarian meals nourish the body with ceremony and care. Forest cabins offer peace, privacy, and a sense of being deeply cradled by the land. Days unfold in a gentle rhythm, allowing healing to arise organically rather than through force.

Yin Yoga and somatic movement melt tension that has been carried for years, while breathwork helps clear the debris of old stories and accumulated stress. Meditation and sound healing create openings where intuition becomes unmistakably clear. Reiki Healing supports the release of energetic burdens, giving rise to fresh clarity, renewed trust, and a deep inner steadiness. Evening circles awaken empowerment, remembrance, and the subtle rebirth that happens when a woman finally feels safe enough to soften.

Throughout the retreat, you are invited to shift from effort into ease, from survival into alignment, from doing into being. This is the heart of sacred receiving — a return to your original rhythm, your deepest truth, your untouchable internal sanctuary.

A Somatic and Energy Healing Retreat Designed for Nervous System Restoration

Each day moves through a gentle, intuitive sequence that blends movement, stillness, and the beauty of the forest. Mornings begin with grounding practices: forest walks, gentle yoga, and breath that invites the body into safety. Midday sessions explore somatic unwinding and energy healing, creating space for emotional residue and stored tension to release without force. Evenings gather the group around firelight, sound healing, journaling, and ceremony, allowing the day’s openings to settle into clarity and embodied truth.

Women often speak of feeling a calm they haven’t touched in years — the kind that comes not from escaping life, but from remembering how to live it without abandoning themselves.

What the Redwood Womb Awakens Within You

By the time you leave the forest, something quiet yet undeniable has shifted. Many women describe returning home with a steadier center, grounded not in survival but in self-trust. The mind feels clearer. The heart feels softer. Inner wisdom becomes easier to access and harder to ignore. Emotional heaviness loosens its grip. Creativity resurfaces. Life feels less like a push and more like a rhythm.

The transformation offered here is not a momentary high. It is a new baseline — a way of being rooted, clear, and connected to the truth that has always lived within you.

An Optional Sixth Day: Anuraya Reiki™ Training & Certification

For those who feel called, an additional day offers a historic opportunity: Level I Training and Certification in Anuraya Reiki™, the first feminine channeled Reiki lineage revealed in this emerging era. Led personally by Laura Ahern, this initiation invites participants to step into the first wave of practitioners carrying this sacred frequency.

Throughout this training, participants experience live energy practice, divine-attuned principles, and a Level I attunement that anchors the Anuraya frequency within. The day closes with a ceremonial circle honoring the responsibility and radiance of carrying this lineage forward.

For women drawn to a Reiki and spiritual awakening retreat, this offering opens a doorway into a new dimension of healing, self-trust, and embodied service.
